  1. We can provide a Car seat for Airport Transfers and city transport.

This is a convertible car seat All-in-One with 3 modes:

  • Rear Facing
  • Forward Facing
  • Belt-positioning Booster

    2. You may also bring your car seat or booster.
    3. SWIVL Rides can store your car seat or booster only on scheduled Round-Trip Airport transportation.

Note: Our drivers do not install car seats, it is the responsibility of the passenger to install the car seat.

Child Car Seat Accident Waiver & Release of Liability

By booking a ride with SWIVL Rides and choosing to use a car seat we provide, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding using our car seats during transportation services.

 

Please review this disclaimer before booking or using our child car seat services.

  1. Acknowledge of Risk: The passenger acknowledges that the transportation of a child in a motor vehicle carries inherent risks, including the risk of accidents, injuries, or fatalities. The passenger understands and assumes all risks associated with its use and any related activities. This includes defective equipment or improper installation.

  2. Installation: Passengers certify that you are sufficiently knowledgeable and adequately trained in the installation of the car seat in our vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring the car seat is correctly installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines.

  3. Waiver of Liability: The passenger voluntarily waives, releases, and discharges SWIVL Rides, its owners, employees, and drivers from all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out or related injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the transportation of a child, including but not limited to the use or non-use of a child car seat or booster.

  4. Assumptions of Risk: The passenger understands that even with the proper use of a child car seat or booster, there is no guarantee of complete safety. Passenger assumes all risks associated with transporting a child in our company vehicle.

  5. Indemnification: The Passenger agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SWIVL Rides, its owners, employees, and drivers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from the transportation of a child.

  6. Acknowledgment and Understanding: The passenger acknowledges that this waiver has been read and understands its terms. This agreement is binding and applies to you and any minors in your care using the car seat.
